Training and the little things with our dog sometimes get lost in our hectic schedules. Print out this checklist each month to help remind yourself to do these little things with your dog to enrich their life and help build your relationship to them.
Remember, your dog decides what is rewarding. So if you know your dog likes something in particular, use that to your advantage. Here are some examples of treats, the items in the Amazon list can usually be found at your local pet stores.
Deli meat
Boiled chicken
Their own dog food (if they will work for it)

When dogs play, sometimes it can sound scary! But in reality it may be playful and non threatening. Knowing the difference, and knowng how dogs communicate with each other is important for dog owners to be able to decipher. Also, keeping in mind, that even “friendly” dogs may not be able to read other dogs social cues very well. So thats when we as can step in. Check this video out to see what play SHOULD look like!
